Wessex Racing Rallycross Team

Wessex Racing will again in 2012 be running a two car team haven taken time out of competition to develop two new cars. Bruce Bamber will continue to develop his 300 BHP Supernational rear wheel drive Honda Civic EK9 and will be joined by Toby Crocker stepping up to the Supernational category in his all new supercharged 2.2litre Honda S2000.

The last time we ran a two car team was in 2009. This was a successful season with the team winning 4 Championships, Bruce took victory in the BTRDA Supermodified class missing overall victory in the whole BTRDA Championship by 1 point and showing strongly in the season closing Rallycross Superprix at Croft against strong European opposition until his day was ended by an oil pump belt failure whilst Toby took victory in both the BTRDA and BRDA 16 valve Stock Hatch classes together with a well deserved win in the Rallycross Open Championship Division 1A class
